What Does This Ultrasound Report During 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

At my 7 week ultrasound the babies heart rate was 145bpm. At 9 weeks it was 125bpm. Dr. said that was great and was happy to see the baby on track growth wise as well. Is it okay for it to be down and is it too low? Additionally, the scan showed what the sonographer thinks is a light fluid pocket around the babies head. They said it is really too early to predict anything but seemed concerned that it could by Cystic Hygroma or nothing at all. She suggested I do a genetic test. How concerned should I be at this point and what are the chances of this fluid going away and not harming my baby?

In my opinion its all too early to get worried over all these findings.Just relax and wait for 18 to 22 weeks when things will be more clearer.Baby's heart rate is never constant ,keeps changing often.
