What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?
hello my wife is pregnant 2 months but when she go through ultrasound report it was hard to heard . the report was this uterus -avaf gravid e/o G.sac msd- 26.4 mm 07wk 3day with irregular margins and poor decidual reaction seen in upper endometrial cavity. final report not vixualissed/ yolk sac not appreciated b/l adnexa normal no mass seen. no e/o fluid in pod IMP- findings s/o missed abortion/blighted ovum. adv. clinical correlation / further evaluation / Tvs.kindly help me out what should i do for this please suggest me please

The ultrasound findings are not too good. I would recommend a transvaginal ultrasound for more details, but for the time being unfortunately the ultrasound reports a possible missed abortion. Which means you are no longer pregnant.
