What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Please I want interpretation on this report. The cervical canal is normal in outline and calibre. The uterine cavity is normal in size and shape but it is retroverted. The left Fallopian tube is seen and shows normal calibre with a suggestion of spill. The right tube is not shown but there is an oval collection of hyperdense material. Doctor said in conclusion Patent left Fallopian tube Hyperdense collection ? Restricted spill . ?? Contrast retention in a dilated Fallopian tube segment. ??? Urinary bladder calculu. Please I can t interprete it.

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. You seem to have shared the report of a Hysterosalpingogram. The right fallopian tube is either blocked, or adhered to adjacent tissue or there is a calculus in the ureter/urinary bladder. This is what the doctor has opined. To clarify, please discuss with your consultant. Laparoscopic study will be of much help in detection and management. However, a single patent tube is enough for conception, if you are trying. Hope this helps.
