What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hello Dr. what does The endometrial cavity is of unremarkable size, position and contour. No filling defects are noted in the endometrial cavity. Both fallopian tubes fill with contrast material. Bilateral peritoneal spill of contrast material was demonstrate really mean ? that my fallopian tubes are blocked or not

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Your salpingogram report shows patent fallopian tubes. The endometrial cavity of the uterus has no abnormal finding. The fallopian tubes also show complete patency as they are filled with contrast material and also had peritoneal spill on both sides. The time taken for the spill to occur has not been mentioned. However, essentially this is a normal report suggestive of both fallopian tubes being patent. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
