Hello, Thanks for sharing your health concern with us Your sonogram report can be interpreted as follows: 1. The uterus is enlarged as a whole with an irregular contour, most often seen with a fibroid uterus/adenomyosis. 2. There is a localized mass in the uterus, likely to be a myoma. This needs proper confirmation. 3. The right ovary has a cyst of considerable size while the left is clear. The cyst may need surgery. Please see your health care provider for further help. Take care.
