Hi,
This sonogram report should be correlated with the clinical findings and the menstrual history. If the period of amenorrhea and the age of the pregnancy correspond, there is no reason to worry. Though fetal pole is usually observed at this age, resolution may not be sometimes sufficient and in such instances, a repeat trans-vaginal sonogram after another week or ten days, usually clarifies the issue. Rest of the findings appear normal. You should see a specialist for further help. Take care.
