What Does This Ultrasound Test Results Of The Breasts Indicate?

Hi Doctor.I m 35 years old Premature menopause hits me 10 years ago . No HRT . I virgin. My USG of both breast Findings Predominantly fatty breast Slightly prominent terminal duct lobuler units with increased increased echogenicity noted in the outer quadrant -? fibroadenosis. No obvious SOL or ductal dilatation noted. No enlarge lymph node noted in either axilla . Impression,Fibro-adenosis of the left brest . *** Suggested follow up . WHAT DOES THIS REPORT MEANS Is there anything serious ??
