What Does This Uric Acid Level Of 8.7 Indicate?

Hlw Doctor, i am 33 yrs old Male. Since few days my urine is surrounded by big black ants. I have tested Urine RE no any sugar found and tested Blood sugar fasting it is 95. But my uric Acid is now 8.7. Do i have any problems or need any furthers tests pls suggest. Thanks

You have got high uric acid level but no symptoms of gout (joint pain, especially in the great toe), so don't worry. If your uric acid level rises more than 10 in next 2 or more tests or you have started developing symptoms, then you have to take medication. For now, avoid red meat (mutton, beef) and take plenty of fluids.
