What Does This Urinalysis Indicate?

I m on my 29 weeks pregnant and I just had my urine test last Sunday hereunder the result of said test: Color: Dark Yellow Transparency: Turbid Reaction: Acidic Sp. Gravity: 1.030 Albumin: Trace Sugar: Negative Pus Cells: 8-10/HPF Epit. Cells: Many A. Urates: Moderate Method: Combistix Macro Question: What does the result mean? Do I need to see ASAP my Ob-Gyne? Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have mild urinary tract infection. You have 8-10 pus cells/hpf which is considered as high. You should take treatment of that. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be useful in in pregnancy you should not take any drugs without consultation of your gynecologist. SO consult your gynecologist and take treatment accordingly.
