What Does This Urinalysis Test Result For Tingling Sensation In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?
hi doc, i have this tingling pain in my lower abdomen sometimes in lower left and sometimes in my right. once in my lower back.. is it serious? the doctor asked me to check my urine and my puss is 2-4. is it because i might have stomach problem? ive been constipated for years.
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
The pain you are feeling in your lower abdomen fluctuating from left to right is due to constipation. When constipated, the stool will remain inside your bowels for longer causing them to get distended. This distension is giving the feeling of pain to you. Abdominal ultrasound, colonoscopy and ct-scan with barium will help determine the right diagnosis.
Stomach problems could be also ruled out through upper endoscopy. Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora. Take fiber supplement to help forming stool and stabilize bowel movement. Drink plenty of water.
Hope this helps.
