Hai,

color of urine usually yellow/light and pale in color.
transparency - normally clear or cloudy. slightly turbid seems to be okay.

but deposits should be ruled out. any history of stone or currently stone deposition in kidney should be address with the help of ultrasound abdomen.

sp: should be between 1.005-1.025. 1.025 is normal.
Ph-Acidic is normal.

rbc - upto 2/HPf is normal.

epithelial cells and other content seems to be normal.

pus cells-25 t30 /hpf indicates some strong urinary infection. kindly do urine culture to rule out infection.

Overall your urine report shows urinary tract infection.

Need to correlate with your clinical symptoms.

Regards
