What Does This Urine Test Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

The test report of my wife’s first pregnancy is POSITIVE (her age is 29, height is 5.4, weight is 49kg). However simultaneously she also arrange URINE D/R. The remaining things are normal in urine d/r but few things were found unusual

RBC = 2/ HPF

Leukocytes = 4/HPF

Epithelial Cell = Few/HPF
I am worried is this normal or something is wrong. I also heard that due to the presence of RBC or Leukocytes in urine false positive result of pregnancy test could come.
