What Does This Urine Test Reports Indicate?

Hi doctor, My 2 yrs 8 months old boy s urine routine examination have this findings -Albumin - trace E cells - Squamous - 1 -2 / hpf round - 0 -1 / hpf Pus cells - 2 - 4 / hpf Can you please tell me whether these values have in significanse?
