RBC mildly increased. Bacteria is also present. 3. For infection, nitrofurantoin needs to be started and urine sent for culture and sensitivity to identify appropriate antibiotics. 4. Diabetes mellitus will require HbA1C level check. It needs to be brought under control, through oral hypoglycemics or injectable insulin to bring urinary tract infection under control Hope it helps.
