According to your ultrasound findings: - Your uterus is retroverted. Some women may have retroverted uterus unless you are not having any complaints due to this like pain, pressure symptoms, etc. no need to worry. - Uterine myometrium is heterogeneous, that could be due to the possible fibroids or adenomyosis. - Uterine endometrium is normal. - You are having a small sized, possibly long-standing fibroids. And ovaries having punctate calcifications. - No free fluid in cul de sac means no possible infection or pelvic collection.
If you have attended menopause and no complaints of postmenopausal bleeding, no need to worry regarding these findings. Follow up with repeated ultrasound examinations in every 6 months is recommended.
