What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi im 27 and not married , i av a bulky uterus with a hypo echoic mass at fundal region measuring about 6. 61cm* 4. 19cm from my ultrasound report. I want to know if it might stop me from getting pregnant ? Should i go for a surgery or i go for treatment?

why was ultrasound done? If you don't have any symptoms than don't go for any treatment.
After marriage if you don't conceive for more than 1 yr despite of regular intercourse than you can evaluate for infertilty and than if that lesion is causing infertlity than undergo treatment for same.
That hypo echoic lesion is mostly fibroid which may not cause you a problem.
