What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?

My HSG diagnosis : 1. The outlined uterine cavity is capacious and distorted likely due to myoma 2. No pathological filling defects seen 3. The right fallopian tube is outlined but dilated the ampulla fimbrial end with no contrast spillage on the right side 4. The left fallopian tube was not outlinedone and no contrast spillage is seen on the left side. Conclusion : 1. right hydrasalpinx 2. Left cornual tubal occlusion (laparoscopy recommended)
