What Does Tightening In Throat With Pain Indicate?
sometimes when i get tired my throat start to hurt so bad that i can't do anything but lie down and then it will eventually go away within the hour. i feel a tightening in my throat and it feels like its pulling down from my teeth. What is going on?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tightening in throat with pain which is due to sore throat due to infection by streptococcus bacteria and due to inflammation of tonsils. Sometimes it is due to excessive acid production by stomach. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take preventive measures such as do warm saline gargles on daily basis. Take combination of antibiotic such as Amoxicillin and anti- inflammatory drugs. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for blood and throat swab test. Once proper diagnosis has been made start treatment accordingly. You should gargle with antiseptic mouthwash. Avoid cold carbonated beverages.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
