What Does Tiny Bumps Around Penis Oozing Watery Substance Mean?
HI, for the past two years I have has these tiny little bumps come and go. They arnt exactly on my penis directly but they are on the skin around my penis just below my pubes. They are very tiny and I am able to pop them and all that comes out is a watery substance..What is this?
