What Does Tiredness And Dull Pain In Back During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi I have a couple questions. I m 36 weeks pregnant and I ve been feeling really tired, a dull pain in my back and what feels to be my tailbone. Kind of nauseous but hungry at the same time. on monday i went to the doctors and they told me i was 1cm and about 50% thinned and then that friday they told me I was 2 cm and 65% thinned out. Could any of this mean labor is near?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The tiredness during pregnancy is normal due to hormonal changes. Dull back ache can be postural or due to calcium and Vitamin D3 deficiency.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
