Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The urine report indicates urinary tract infection, as many pus cells and neutrophils are present in the urine examination, which is confirmatory of infection.
Presence of Trichomonias in the urine is because of contamination of urine with the vaginal secretion.
Trichomoniasis is the infection of the vagina and should be treated by appropriate antibiotics.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
