Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Twitching sensation of chin may be due to if person is fatigue, not getting enough sleep or person under a lot of stress or over excitation or drinking too much caffeine or other stimulants etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Hypokalemia or hypocalcemia also may present like this. So, avoid caffeinated drinks, use calcium tablets. Do yoga and meditation etc. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
