Hi female with one kidney (left was removed before 6 yrs) i made US : post left nephrectomy status .. Mild compensatory hypertrophy of right kidney .. Mild prominence of right pelvicalyceal system.. However normal ureteric jet noted from right vesico ureteric junction.. Significant post void residual urine .. Correlate clinically

HI. The kidney condition shown on a scan is perfectly normal finding on nephrectomy on one side. What bothers me is post-void residue in the bladder which is significant. Your Doctor who operated you will be better to be contacted for this.
