Hello

Your findings normal size uterus with 3.3 x 4.9 cm hypoechoic mass in right side of the uterus,it may be fibroid or right ovarian mass.
You need further evaluation.CT scan and CA 125 can be done for confirmation.
Treatment depend upon findings
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age, complications of fibroid, family status etc.

If comes out as a ovarian mass, surgical removal can be done after evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
