last october 2010, i consulted an ob gyne and found out that that I have a unilocular anechois cyst echogenic focus within, capsule measuring 0.22cm on my right ovary & unilocular anechoic cyst with capsule measuring 0.28cm on my left ovary. No free fluid in the cul de sac both ovaris are adherent to each other and looks adherent to posterior unterine wall.
