What Does Vaginal Discharge With Frequent Urination Post Sex Suggest?

I have recently had a thick whitish/yellowish vaginal discharge and burning while urinating. I sometimes feel like I have to urinate more, since I have had this vaginal discharge. Also recently after having sex I experienced heavy bleeding, and the next time I had light bleeding. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Your symptoms suggest that you are experiencing some infection of the vagina as well as the urinary tract. You have to get a clinical evaluation, vaginal and cervical swab, pap smear and urinalysis. If your bleeding is associated with intercourse, you need further evaluation in that aspect. Further management can be planned depending on the infection. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Abstain from further intercourse until you are healed well. Do not use tampons, strong soap solutions to clean the genital region and do not douche. Hope this helps.
