What Does Vomiting A Grey Thick Substance Mean?
What can vomitting a grey thick substance mean? My 4year old granddaughter was vomitting today. She then took a nap and upon wakening vomitted a thick grey substance. I told my daughter to call the doctor but am not sure if this indicates anything specific.

Hi...it could be undigested food or semi digested food. If she's active otherwise you need not worry. The color and consistency depends on the previous day's intake.
