What Does White Clumps In The Urine Indicate?
i had a endoscopy 4weeks ago and had complications in which my bladder was dis-logged! I had a cafeter fitted for 4 days and ended up with a bladder infection! Been on 2courses of penicillan but still not 100% cleared up! Ive now noticed large white clumps in my urine,could this be a sign the infection has reached my kidneys or perhaps bladder stones? Why was Cystoscopy done and why was catheter placed.
Catheters are known to cause uti within 2-3 days. U said u were treated with penicillin. was it culture sensitive drug.
White clumps can signify pyelonephritis or papillary slough or fungal infection. Are u diabetic also. Get urine routine and culture and Ultrasound KUB. Further treatment will depend on these reports and what was ur initial problem for which u underwent Cystoscopy and catheterization.
