What Does White Foamy Discharge From Vagina During Sex Indicate?

I had sex with my girlfriend the other day after she had been out with a male friend the night before. During sex a white foamy discharge was secreted from her vagina, this hadn't happened before. I can't help thinking that if you whisk up sperm (containing protein) then it will turn into a white foam?

WHITE CURD LIKE DISCHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH BURNING AND ITCHING SENSATION MY BE DUE TO CANDIDASIS INFECTION. A COURSE OF ANTIBIOTICS WILL CLEAR THE INFECTION. I SUGGEST YOU TO SEE OBGYN TO TAKE MEDICATIONS UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION.
