What Does White Mucus And Blood Discharge With History Of Haemorrhoids Indicate?

Sometimes white mucus comes out of my anus if I pass gas and with my stool. Also small amounts of blood almost always with stool. I am male, 25 years, live in Finland. Height 5'8", weight about 250 pounds. Have had hemorroids less than a year ago, diagnosed and treated by a doctor in a local health-care center.
