What Does White Object In Urine Indicate?

I had white blood cells in my urnie the first week in May. I took a round of antibiotics (7 days) and after 7 more days, it seemed to come back. I took Goldenseal for 14 days and all has been okay, except I have a white streaks in my urnie from time to time. Today I had a "blob" of white stuff and I am worried. I have never experienced pain or a fever. Should I go to the ER?
