What Does White Spots Mean In Mouth?

My mouth started hurting in the back of my mouth on my gums behind my molers. I asked. Y friend to look at it and she said theres two or three little holes there and its swollen white some white spot...she said it could be my wisdom teeth but its only on one side.What is it doctor

Your clinical history is suggestive of follicular tonsillitis
.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily , Plenty of fluids ,
Paracetamol for pain & Vitamin C twice daily .
