I have a problem in my eye's its been 21 months. Its like somethings inside both of my eyes swimming. like a worm but my eyes. And even it doesn't hurt or pain but its is just so annoying as i look around. small tiny things like when you see in microscope fungal spore. help me out pls

It seems from the history that you are complaining of worm like moving things probably indicating floaters.
These are because if opacities in the vitreous, a liquid layer present behind the lens.
The common causes are age related degenerations of the vitreous.
However some times retinal problems like retinal teat can present with floaters hence it requires evaluation by ophthalmologist to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
