What Does Yellow Oil Discharge While Passing Urine Mean?
Hello, I m a 16 year old teenage girl and for about the last two days, everytime I go to the bathroom there is this yellow oil coming out, even when I m not using it to poop ( defecate? Sorry, haven t got that good of a vocabulary.) in the toilet paper it looks like this really bright yellow. My mother told me not to worry too much, and that we would see what would happen. - actually the whole thing seems to be a bit like bile. - but of course, I worry, I am after all a dramatic teenager. Could you please help ease my mind? I haven t changed my diet at all lately exept for this mineral oil the hospital s pediatrician prescribed when I went there in the beggining of last week because I was contipated and with gases that were painful. I didn t take it yesterday though, because I wanted to see what happened and if that wasthe cause of the yellow oil. Could you help me? Thank you, Beatriz C.

I appreciate your concern.
Mostly you have yellow oily discharge with mucus in stool.This might suggest steatorrhea like condition can occur in malabsorption by celiac disease.So if you have gluten hypersensitivity then avoid food containing gluten like wheat, rye etc.
This can also occur by parasitic infection.stool examination and CBC done for it.stool might reveal egg or trophozoites of parasite.albendazole like drug needed.
If you have associated abdomin pain then bacterial enteritis might be the cause.stool reveal pus cells.antibiotic nay needed for it.
Finally there might be nothing serious and excess fat intake can lead to it as all fat might not be digested leading its discharge.
Drink more water.
Take less fatty diet for few days.
Do regular exercise.
