Long story short, I got a second degree burn on the edge of my nipple. It blistered and has now scabbed over with a yellow kind of color. My concern is 1. does the yellow scab signify infection? and 2. is it a possibility that burning such a sensitive area will result is permanent nerve damage in the area? Thank you
