What Dosage Of Hydrocodone APAP Acts Effectively For The Whole Day?
What is the normal dosage for the Hydocodone APAP 5-325? When my husband had surgery two years ago, they told him to take one pill every 4-6 hours; today when he received them for a badly swollen rib and extreme pain, the directons say every 12 hours. The affect has already worn off and it s been about four hours.

The dose of Hydrocodone APAP should be adjusted as needed. It is generally advised one tablet every 4 to 6 hours for better pain control. So if the pain is there you may consult the doctor to increase the dose of the said drug.
Daily dose should not be more then 6 grams in a single day. Though its good for short time uses , but it must be avoided fir chronic use.
