What Dosage Of Nifedipine Adalat To Be Taken For Secondary Raynaud's?

Hi,
I am currently being tested for secondary raynauds, and have been put on nefedipine adalat retard. I was told by the doctor to only take the tablets when my symptoms are at their worst, and only once at evening due to side affects. When I went to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy, they told me to take the twice a day daily until told otherwise. I now am unsure if I should be taking them twice a day every day, or twice a day when I feel my symptoms are at their worst. Would do you suggest?

I suggest you follow your doctor advice, as the doctor said only take tablets when symptoms are worst, and only ONCE at the evening.
I find this answer helpful
