Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Dosages Of Atorvastatin, Aspirin And Metoprolo Be Taken?
I have been on Atorvastatin 80mg tablest,Asprin100mg tablets, metoprolo succ. 95 mg tablets,Ciliazapril 5mg tablets. for around 7 years now just wondering if you could enlighten me more on weather ther are the correct dosage etc
Thanks for the query; all appear to be correct dosages, except the metoprolol, which comes in 25 mg increments, so probably your dose is 100 instead of 95. That is the highest dose of atorvastatin, which is a great cholesterol medication. For the small aspirin, the right dose is between 75 and 100 mg, so you are fine with that one as well.
Hope that helps, wish you the best,
