im 16 years old.. i weigh 255 and my height is 5'5 . i want to loose weight.. i have a few questions that i would like to be answered.. my 1st question is. how long do i need to exercise? hour? 40 mins? .how much weight can i loose in a year , if i exercise 7days a week, drink 2, 24 ounces of water and eat baked chicken with a vegtable everyday, and cutting out starches ,like bread, and pasta. why when i do exercise, my legs itch?
