What Duration Of Workout Should Be Done To Loose Weight?

im 16 years old.. i weigh 255 and my height is 5'5 . i want to loose weight.. i have a few questions that i would like to be answered.. my 1st question is. how long do i need to exercise? hour? 40 mins? .how much weight can i loose in a year , if i exercise 7days a week, drink 2, 24 ounces of water and eat baked chicken with a vegtable everyday, and cutting out starches ,like bread, and pasta. why when i do exercise, my legs itch?

Here are the answers:
1) How long you need to exercise- You should exercise at least 5 times a week, and the time and the exercises would need to increase gradually. Start with 15 min of running, adding 5 min every 3-4 days.
2) Exercising, together with healthy diet is very important. Diet should contain small amounts of everything, many times a day. The rule of substituting high caloric foods with less caloric ones is a golden rule (more fruits and vegetables).
3) How many weight you will lose, will depend on both the above advises. In general you may start to lose 1-1.5 kg per week, and this will decrease gradually.
4) Your legs need to be examined to understand why they itch. Sweat, skin damage or dryness may be possible causes.
