What Eases The Pain And Swelling At The Area Of Injury?

Hi. I am a 27 year old female. 137 pounds. The other night I passed out in my bathroom and hit my head on the corner of the sink/counter. I had to go to the emergencyrooom for stitches in my forehead. My face is so swollen and I have a burning feeling where the injury is. Is there something I can take or do to ease the pain and swelling besides ice because its not working?

hello madam,
you can try taking some pain killers..
it will not only reduce the pain, but also reduce the swelling in the region...
you can keep a clot soaked in cold water in the region also...
