What Else Besides Aspirin Can Be Taken For Pelvic Area Pain And Yellow Urine After Removal Of Ovaries?

I have dull ache lower right side of my pelvis. I have had my right ovary removed over 30 years ago. my urine is also very yellow. I am very concerned ....I am eating asprin all day long . please advise. thank you... YYYY@YYYY

For the pelvic pain and yellow colored urine, you need to increase your fluid intake and you can get an over the counter anti spasmodic for relief. Doing a hot fomentation will also help.
