Hello,

Possible cause of delay in periods includes ovarian cyst, tumor, hormonal imbalance, stress, hypothyroidism apart from pregnancy. So I advise you get the following investigation done: Blood sugar, lipid profile, insulin, FSH and LH levels, thyroid profile and ultrasound. And then consult a gynecologist for diagnosis. You will require treatment according to the cause of a delay period.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
