What Exercise Should I Opt To Have A Speedy Recovery After A Fractured Tibia?

i have a fractured tibia just under my knee cap. i am not past the 6 week point. my Dr said to start trying to walk on it but have crutches available and not to go too far. i also am to wear my brace for another 3-4 weeks. What excercise or treatment can i do to help speed a healthy strong leg back to normal?

There is not fixed pattern of exercises and it depends on how com minuted fracture it is. Sow if there is no small pieces then you can walk with touching your toes. And if there are small multiple pieces then knee range of motion exercises. Remember that walking will help you in faster healing, just check with your doctor how much weight you can put.
