What Food To Be Avoided If Experiencing Bloating And Stomach Pain?

So I have bloating and stomach pain every day after 5pm. I tried to go off gluten, and I feel like it worked for a few days, but now I feel like grapes, peaches, and spinach make it act up as well. I don't know what's wrong with me, or what I should or shouldn't eat any more.

Do you suffer from constipation quite often? Make sure you are not constipated by including fibre rich foods and plenty of fluids in your diet.

Do you skip any meals or have long gap between two meals? Bloating and stomach ache often result due to gas formation also. It can happen when you eat too little or skip meals. Avoid staying empty stomach for long hours. Have small frequent meals with simple easily digestible foods. Avoid heavy meals and fried foods which stay in the stomach for long and can cause a feeling of heaviness and bloating sensation. Stay active and avoid sedentary lifestyle to improve digestion. Avoid gas forming foods like beans, dried peas, cauliflower, cabbage and raw onions. Hope this will help.
