My blood group and my fiance blood group is same (b+ve)..
Is there any problem in pregnancy with her or a child after marriage if we want a child?
Is there any problem with child in future.?

There will be no problem if you marry guy with same blood group
if girl is of negative group and boy of positive group then only there can be problem for which we give anti d to mother as tratment

there should be no problem when both the blood groups are the same. problem would have been there if her group was negative. anyways do talk to the gynaecologist for better advice
