What Happens When Your Lithium Levels Are Too High?

I am currently on Lithium, adderall, Seroquel, and Klonopin for Bipolar Disorder 1 and ADHA. For the last week, my left hand has been contracting and I keep uncontrollably rubbing my palms with my finger so ofter my palms hurt. It s also starting to hurt to extend and straighten my fingers. Could this be elevated LIthium levels?
