What Have I Got Only Spotting And No Menstruation Despite Taking Deviry?

I have cyst problem and my gynecologist gave deviry10mg. 10 tablets for 10days..I took for 13days means 13tablets I didn t get period even after 1week after stopping the deviry tablets ...after 1week I just spotted bleeding for 2days.why I m not getting periods properly

Hello,

You are suffering from spotting and no menstruation. You had cyst problem and had been given Deviry. Ideally, Deviry helps withdrawal bleeding in cases of absence of menstruation or amenorrhea. Since you are not having any bleeding after taking Deviry you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist.

It can be due to obesity, anemia, PCOS, hormonal problems like lack of estrogen or PCOS that was resistant to progesterone. Get required tests like Hb%, T3, T4, TSH, hormonal levels, etc. and ultrasound done so that the cause is detected. Get the underlying cause be treated, since artificial induction of periods is not working. Stay away from stress and anxiety.
