What Helps With Small Boils/blisters In Pelvic Area ?

i have small boils/blisters in my pelvic area for past one month. No itching no pain no pus. I have taken one course of antiboitics. My hight is 165 cms and weight is 52 kgs. Dont have any major ailment and do not take any medicine on regular basis. And yes I'm 43 years old.
