What Indicates A Fast Heart Beat Rate For No Reason?
i want to know why my heart rate beats really fast for no reason ? it happens when i'm sleeping or just sitting down and doing nothing. when my heart races whatever i do i can't make it slow down again, until it just stops and then returns back to normal. i was just wondering is there anything in particular i should do when it happens?
Thank you for posting your query. I can understand your concern. From what you have enumerated , it seems like you are very anxious about your health. See, anxiety can precipitate physically like tremors in hands and feet, sweating , stomach ache and these palpitations. Do not worry so much. I would suggest you to practice some relaxation techniques like consciously breathing in and out for 10 minutes a day. Get an ECG done to rule out any cardiac ailments which are less likely. Have a nice day.
