Not sure if I can spell this right but it is called a sphygmomamnomameter.
but they just call it a sphyg.
My wife is a nurse and here in the UK nurses do home visits they need some of there own equipment not provided by the NHS I got that a stethoscope and a thermometer. For her birthday.
